Online Singing Course

Thank you for enrolling in our online singing course. Please read this No Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing access to our course, subscription, or any downloadable materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in its entirety.

All Sales Final

All purchases made through our online singing course platform are final and non-refundable. This applies to all products and services we offer, including but not limited to:

·       Pre-recorded video lessons and course content

·       Downloadable materials, including PDFs, audio files, sheet music, and practice resources

·       Monthly, quarterly, or annual membership and subscription plans

·       Bundled course packages or add-ons

 

Once a purchase is completed and access to the course, materials, or subscription has been granted, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription plan, the following terms apply:

·       Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

·       Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to the course through the end of your paid period.

·       Partial-period refunds are not available. No refund will be issued for unused days or weeks within a billing cycle.

It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

Downloadable Materials:

Due to the instant and permanent nature of digital downloads, all sales of downloadable materials are strictly non-refundable. Once a download has been made available or accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of whether the files have been downloaded or viewed.

Your responsibility before purchase:

We encourage all prospective students to carefully review all available course information before making a purchase. This includes:

·       Course descriptions, curriculum outlines, and sample previews

·       Skill level and prerequisite requirements

·       Technical requirements for accessing course content

·       Subscription plan details, billing frequency, and renewal terms

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider does not constitute a valid refund request and is a violation of this policy. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, we reserve the right to:

·       Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to all course content

·       Pursue recovery of any disputed amounts through lawful means

·       Report fraudulent chargebacks to the appropriate authorities

We reserve the right to update or modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our course platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Welcome to Claire Connelly Voice (the "Site"), owned and operated by Claire Connelly Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our online course Untrained to Unstoppable (the "Course"), and any other digital products, content, or services we offer (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Site, purchasing the Course, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase the Course.

1. Who We Are

Claire Connelly Studio provides vocal pedagogy education, including online courses, digital downloads, and related content, for singers and voice students. Claire Connelly is a working singer and vocal pedagogy educator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the Course or make purchases on the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Course Access & License

  • Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view the Course content for your own individual educational use.

  • You may not share, resell, redistribute, publicly perform, upload to another platform, or otherwise make the Course available to any third party, in whole or in part.

  • Course access is provided digitally and immediately upon purchase completion.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve Course content over time. We are not obligated to provide updates but may do so at our discretion.

  • Account sharing is prohibited. If we identify unauthorized sharing or distribution, we reserve the right to revoke access without refund.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice for future purchases.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated (e.g., a payment plan).

  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because the Course is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the Course — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, graphics, exercises, course structure, branding, and the name Untrained to Unstoppable — is the exclusive property of Claire Connelly Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Course or Site content without our express written permission.

7. Health & Educational Disclaimer

The Course and all related content are provided for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a physician, otolaryngologist (ENT), speech-language pathologist, or other qualified healthcare provider.

  • Vocal training carries inherent risk. You are responsible for listening to your own body and stopping any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.

  • If you have a pre-existing vocal health condition, are experiencing vocal symptoms (hoarseness, pain, loss of voice, etc.), or have concerns about your vocal health, consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or continuing the Course.

  • We make no guarantees regarding specific results, vocal range improvements, or performance outcomes from using the Course.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based vocal pedagogy instruction, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or achievement levels from use of the Course. Results depend on individual factors including practice consistency, existing vocal condition, and other variables outside our control.

9. User Conduct

When using the Site or Course, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of us or any third party

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, Course platform, or related systems

  • Use the Course or Site content for any commercial purpose without our written consent

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another user or us

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Course or Site for any user who violates these Terms, without refund.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The Course may be hosted or delivered through a third-party platform (e.g., Squarespace). Your use of that platform may also be subject to that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claire Connelly Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or Course, including any vocal injury, health issue, or dissatisfaction with results.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Course are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or Course will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
